Beautiful Music

After the loving......Ahhhhh!!!!

ABOUT THIS POEM:

After making love one afternoon and catching my breath,

the title to this poem came to me. (Remember I said that

inspiration can come at any time, any place!!!) So I wanted

to tell the world about my feelings on that lovely afternoon.

In the light of a warm afternoon....

Soft music plays as we are off work today

Romance calls as clothes fall

Lips meet as hearts skip beats

Bodies touch, pulses rush

Making love starts and we both do our parts

Passion unfolds, ecstasy explodes

Climaxes are peaked and strength becomes weak

Holding you close after the love we made

Enjoying the feeling of the passion we obeyed

Basking in the glow of something so beautiful

This for us was much more than physical

Mental, Emotional, Spiritual it was all of these combined

The ultimate expression of our love, this moment in time

Strength is spent as we lay gasping for air

As I now stroke your lovely hair

Beautiful music plays in the background

Helps to calm the body rush down

Entwined around each other, feeling our hearts beat

Enjoying the afterglow that makes this love complete

And as that warmth covers us like a slow moving fire

Puts the finishing touch to our desires

The music, the love, and an afterglow so fine

We eagerly look forward to the next time
